On May 1, 2008, in the Provincial House of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate in Lviv, an important historical event, the transfer of the administration to the newly-appointed Provincial Administration of the Province of the Co-passion of the Mother of God in Ukraine, was held, into the complement of which entered:

Sr. Nadiya Kotur – Provincial Mother Superior

Sr. Myroslava Yakhymets' – 1st consultant and deputy

Sr. Olha Trembach – 2nd consultant

Sr. Yosafata Kudla – 3rd consultant

Sr. Bonifatia Dyakiv – 4th consultant

For the festive ceremony sisters arrived from various corners of Ukraine to express sincere thanks for the five years of service of the previous Provincial Mother Superior and her administration, and also to express support and wishes for the new administration.

The celebration began with a prayer to the Most Holy Mother of God in the chapel of the provincial house. Thus the departing Provincial Mother Superior, Sr. Lyubov Starzhynska, read the decree naming the provincial administration for the next five years and passed to the newly-appointed Provincial Mother Superior, Sr. Nadiya Kotur, the icon of the Most Holy Mother of God as a symbol of the province and sincerely congratulated her for the new government.

Sister Nadiya Kotur thanked the sisters for their sincere wishes and the trust expressed, and also assured her readiness and desire to listen to God's Word and to answer God's invitation to manage the province.
